Our story begins in 1977 when Mr. Giannis Koulouridis, opened a small bakery at the same place that Emeral stands today, in order to bake daily on wood coveted bread and sweet smell brioche. Thirty seven years later the aim of Koulouridi family remains the same...the maintenance of the tradition, the freshness and the excellent quality of our products.
